Early Life and Background
Shriya Saran was born in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. Her father, Pushpendra Saran, worked at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, and her mother, Neeraja Saran, was a teacher.[1]
She studied at Delhi Public School and later graduated from Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. She trained in Kathak dance under Shovana Narayan and developed a strong interest in performing arts from a young age.[2]
