Chahat Mani Pandey (born 1 June 1999) is an Indian television actress, model and politician. She is best known for her roles in Hamari Bahu Silk and Nath: Zevar Ya Zanjeer. In 2024, she gained nationwide attention as a contestant on Bigg Boss 18. In 2023, she entered politics by joining the Aam Aadmi Party and contesting the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections.

Early Life and Education

Chahat Pandey was born in a village in Damoh district, Madhya Pradesh. She lost her father at a young age and was raised by her mother, Bhavna Pandey, along with her two younger brothers, Rahat and Sahas Pandey.

She completed her early education in Damoh district, studying at Adarsh School for her secondary education and JPB School for higher secondary education. To pursue acting professionally, she trained with the Balaji Group in Indore before relocating to Mumbai to build a career in television.

Chahat made her television debut in 2016 with Pavitra Bandhan, where she played Mishti Roy Choudhary. She subsequently appeared in episodic roles in shows such as:
