Parul Gulati (born 6 August 1991) is an Indian actress, model, and entrepreneur who has appeared in television shows, web series, and Punjabi films. She is also the founder and CEO of the hair extensions brand Nish Hair.

Career
2010–2016: Acting and Film Debut
Parul Gulati began her acting career in 2010 with the television series Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam, where she played the role of Bittan, the younger sister of the character played by Yami Gautam.[2]
She later entered the Punjabi film industry and made her film debut with:

- Romeo Ranjha (2014) – Punjabi romantic film
- Zorawar (2016) – opposite Yo Yo Honey Singh

In 2017, she appeared in the Star Plus television series P.O.W. – Bandi Yuddh Ke, directed by Nikkhil Advani. She played the role of Afreen, a Pakistani woman married to a prisoner of war.
In 2018, she starred in the web series Haq Se, directed by Ken Ghosh. The series was inspired by Louisa May Alcott’s novel Little Women and set in modern-day Kashmir. Gulati portrayed Jannat Mirza, a journalist fighting for justice.
