Hrithik Roshan (born 10 January 1974) is an Indian actor who works primarily in Hindi cinema. He is known for his performances in films such as Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai, Koi... Mil Gaya, Krrish, Dhoom 2, Jodhaa Akbar, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and War. He is regarded as one of the leading actors in Bollywood and is noted for his dancing skills and action roles.
Early Life and Education
Hrithik Roshan was born in Mumbai to a family associated with the Indian film industry. His father, Rakesh Roshan, is a film director and producer. His mother, Pinky Roshan, is the daughter of filmmaker J. Om Prakash. He has an elder sister, Sunaina Roshan. Music director Rajesh Roshan is his uncle.[1]

He made his debut as a lead actor in Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000), which became a major commercial success. He won Filmfare Awards for Best Male Debut and Best Actor for his performance.[3]
